Deletes a saved vehicle of the organization the API key belongs to.
Input. vehicleId in the path, a number from List vehicles.
Response. 200 with { success: true }.
Notes. An unsaved vehicle, a vehicle that does not exist and a private vehicle that is not shared with the API key answer 404. A vehicle that an alert names, or whose removal would empty a vehicle group an alert uses, answers 409 with code: VEHICLE_IN_USE; change the alert first.
Side effects. The vehicle is removed from its vehicle groups, which are sent again to the Cores that use them, and its uploaded image is deleted. This cannot be undone; the license plate shows up again as an unsaved vehicle when cameras read it.
