List the alert-type taxonomy of the organization used by the flex-reports API. Returns alert
categories (type: group, e.g. Safety, Tracking) and their individual alert types
(type: individual, e.g. Gun detection, Loitering), each carrying the group it belongs
to. Use an item's id as a filter/dimension value in POST /v1/flex-reports/alerts-report.
