Store a CSV or PDF on the organization so it appears in Lumana Reports → artifacts as type External upload and period One time.
This is a stored file. It does not run the scheduler and is not POST /v1/reports/*, which return a live query page and store nothing.
Send multipart/form-data: file (.csv / .pdf, max 20 MB), name (required), timezone (optional IANA name; filename stamp only; default UTC). The organization comes from the API key.
Returns 201 with status: Success. Download with GET /v1/external-reports/{id}/file. A failed upload is rolled back.
