Returns one vehicle group visible to the application's organization, with the ids of its vehicles.
Input. groupId in the path, the 24-character id from List vehicle groups.
Response. 200 with the group. memberIds holds the saved vehicles of the group that the access token may see, and memberCount counts them.
Notes. A group that does not exist, that belongs to an organization that does not share it with this one, or that is private answers 404. Time fields are Unix epoch milliseconds, UTC.
