Register a native PTZ preset

Creates a Cloud preset for a native preset returned by GET presets. Use its presetToken and provide a name.
The token is the camera's own: any non-empty token except HOME is accepted, including numbers above "10"
and tokens that are not numbers. The server does not check the token against the camera, so take it from
a native item of GET presets.

Required scope: write:ptz
