Rename preset

https://access.lumana.ai/v1/cameras/{cameraId}/ptz/presets/{presetId}

Changes only the Cloud record name for presetId. The name is trimmed and must contain 1–100 characters.
The camera position, slot and native label do not change. Returns the updated Cloud record without
contacting the edge device or moving the camera.
