Creates a new group of people or vehicles.
Deprecated for vehicles. type: vehicle keeps working, but use Create a vehicle group (POST /v3/vehicle-api/groups) instead: it refuses a name the organization already uses and can put saved vehicles in the new group. This route does neither for vehicle groups. People groups are not affected.
