List the organization's counting-enabled zones. Zones with counting disabled are omitted because
occupancy cannot read them. Each item is returned as an individual (type: individual) with
group: "Zone". Use an item's id in entrancesAndExits to add the zone as an occupancy
source, or in resetZoneIds to reset the counter to that zone's live count.
