Export activity log

Returns the activity log of the organization the credentials belong to.

start and end are required and are Unix epoch milliseconds in UTC; both bounds are inclusive. The window is not capped and the log is not aggregated — every event recorded in the range is returned.

format selects the representation and defaults to csv:

  • csv — streams the whole time range as a text/csv attachment (Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=activity-log-<YYYY-MM-DD-HH-mm-ss>.csv) with a header row and the columns Event Type, User, IP Address, Date, Device, Details. Not paginated: page and pageSize are ignored.
  • json — returns a single page as { "data": [ … ], "page": 1, "pageSize": 1000, "total": 4820 }. total counts the whole range, so it is normally larger than data.length.

eventTypes is optional and narrows the result to the listed event types, named exactly as method reports them (for example Create Archive, Delete Archive). It applies to both formats, and total counts only the matching records. Without it every event type is returned.

page (from 1, default 1) and pageSize (1..1000, default 1000) apply to format=json only. 1000 records per page is a hard cap; to read a wider range, request page 1, 2, 3 … while (page - 1) * pageSize < total.

Records are ordered by event time, most recent first. Events recorded within the same millisecond have no guaranteed order relative to each other, so a record can shift between adjacent pages while new events are being written.

A JSON record carries the same six values as the CSV columns: method (Event Type), user (User), ip (IP Address), created_at (Date), deviceName (Device), details (Details). Values that were never recorded come back empty.

details holds the data of the action itself for archive events — for example whether a share link has a password, how long it is valid and whether it allows downloading, or the case an archive was added to — and is an empty object for every other event.

Prefer format=csv for wide ranges: it streams the whole range in one request, whereas JSON needs ceil(total / pageSize) round trips.

required

Start of the time range, inclusive. Unix epoch milliseconds, UTC.

required

End of the time range, inclusive. Unix epoch milliseconds, UTC.

eventTypes
array of strings

Event types to return, by the names the log reports in method (CSV column Event Type), for example Create Archive. Pass several as a comma-separated list or by repeating the parameter. Omit to return every event type.

eventTypes
string
enum
Defaults to csv

Response format. csv (the default) streams the whole time range as a file attachment; json returns one page of records.

Allowed:
number
≥ 1
Defaults to 1

Page number, starting at 1. Applies to format=json only; ignored for CSV.

number
1 to 1000
Defaults to 1000

Records per page, 1..1000. Applies to format=json only; ignored for CSV.

boolean
Defaults to false

Starts the CSV with a UTF-8 byte-order mark, so spreadsheet apps such as Excel show non-Latin text (Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese) correctly; the response is then typed text/csv; charset=utf-8. Accepts true or false; omitted or false sends the CSV without a mark. Ignored when the response is JSON.

Headers
string
enum
Defaults to application/json

Generated from available response content types
