Deletes a vehicle group of the organization the API key belongs to. The vehicles in it are not deleted.
Input. groupId in the path, the 24-character id from List vehicle groups.
Response. 200 with { success: true }.
Notes. The organization must have created the group, or have the admin role on a group another organization shares with it; otherwise 403. A group that an alert uses answers 409; change the alert first.
Side effects. The Cores that used the group stop matching its vehicles. This cannot be undone: create the group again and add its vehicles.
