Returns every vehicle make a saved vehicle of this API can carry, in alphabetical order.
Input. None.
Response. 200 with { items }, an array of make names such as Toyota or Mercedes-Benz. The list is the same for every organization.
Notes. Pass the names exactly as returned, case included, to the makes filter of List vehicles.
